I had gout in (bi) knee joint. Pain and restricted movement was there. many treatment was taken. Complain persistent. Ultimately dr.Dipak Goyal did diagnostic n therapeutic arthroscope n removed gouty crystals last year, so that I am enjoying walking, exercise n yoga which includes knee joints.
